Executive coaching

Building an effective leadership team is essential for all schools and districts.

Our Executive Coaching program is designed to train, support, and develop coaches so they can help senior staff enhance personal skills and attributes, enabling them to maximize their personal and professional performance. The program commences with an initial two day introduction which enables participants to explore:

  • the principles of coaching

“Cambridge Education has designed and implemented a training and development program for the employees of the State's Charter Schools Division. This program has already proved to be invaluable in both increasing the knowledge, skills, and understanding of staff and in building local capacity, which will enable the Charter Schools Division to undertake its own site- based visits within the next twelve months.”
